Tetsuro Shimoda (霜田哲朗) is a Japan-based model, dancer, and vocal performer known for combining strong stage presence with urban dance styles and melodic, performance-driven vocals. He gained visibility through the dance-vocal project B.J.P / BoysJapanProject—performing as a singer and dancer under the member name TETSU.

He also reached a wider pop-culture audience through “ONE PIECE LIVE ATTRACTION ‘PHANTOM’” at Tokyo One Piece Tower, where he was listed as Monkey D. Luffy.

Alongside group performances, Shimoda continues developing his work as a solo artist and remains active in fashion/stage contexts. He is scheduled to appear at Main Matsuri as a singer and dancer.
