Fukushima-born Yoshiaki Okawa, also known to many as Kotomen, plays pieces of J-pop, anime, and traditional Japanese music on his koto. Not only is his music breathtaking, but he also designs and tailors his own vibrant costumes - a true artist in every sense of the word.
